Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital was established in Pondicherry in the year 2000, with official approval from the Government of India and the Medical Council of India. The institution commenced with its first batch of 100 medical students in the academic year 2000-2001 and has since grown to accommodate 800 students.
The college is equipped with comprehensive facilities, including well-established pre-clinical and para-clinical departments housed within the college premises.
